Refund Policy – Blossom Coaching

At Blossom Coaching, my goal is to provide high-quality coaching sessions and courses to help you on your journey of healing and self-discovery.
1. Coaching Sessions

All bookings are confirmed once payment is received.

You may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24 hours notice for a full refund or credit towards another session.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will not be eligible for a refund, except in exceptional circumstances at my discretion.
2. Courses & Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales for online courses, recordings, and downloadable materials are final and non-refundable once access is granted.

If you encounter technical issues accessing the content, please contact me at [your email] within 7 days so I can assist you.
3. Missed Sessions

If you do not attend a booked session without notice, no refund will be provided.

You may contact me within 48 hours after the missed session to discuss possible rescheduling, at my discretion.
4. How to Request a Refund

Email shaguftazabeer@gmail with your booking details, reason for refund request, and any supporting information.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Exceptions

Refunds will be granted if the service is not delivered as described or if I must cancel the session/course and cannot provide a suitable alternative.
