ABOUT ME
Hi, I'm Shagufta Zabeer, founder of Blossom Inner Safety, Trauma Informed Relationship Anxiety Coach and Psychotherapist.
I help women who feel anxious, overwhelmed, stuck in unhealthy relationship patterns, or disconnected from themselves to feel calm, secure and self trusting again.
If you find yourself overthinking messages, worrying about being abandoned, struggling to trust yourself after difficult experiences, or constantly putting other people's needs before your own, you are not alone. More importantly, there is nothing wrong with you.
My work combines professional psychotherapy training, nervous system regulation, attachment theory, trauma informed coaching and my own lived experience of healing from childhood trauma, abusive relationships, anxiety, CPTSD and a mental health crisis.
For many years, I searched for answers outside of myself. I believed I was broken. I believed healing might be impossible. I struggled with low self worth, people pleasing, fear of abandonment, relationship anxiety and feeling like something was fundamentally wrong with me.
Everything changed when I discovered that anxiety was not a personal flaw. It was a nervous system response.
Learning how to regulate my nervous system, build self trust, set healthy boundaries, reconnect with my authentic self and stop abandoning myself transformed my life. I learned that healing is not about becoming someone new. It is about coming home to who you have always been underneath the fear, conditioning and survival patterns.
My approach is grounded in both professional training and lived experience. Through therapy, self reflection, nervous system work, breathwork, journaling, somatic practices and faith, I rebuilt my sense of safety, confidence and inner peace.
Today, I help other women do the same.
My work focuses on nervous system regulation, self trust, healthy boundaries, emotional healing and relationship anxiety. Together, we work to move you out of survival mode and into a place of calm, clarity, confidence and inner safety.
This is not about fixing you.
This is about helping you feel safe enough to be yourself again.
Because when a woman feels safe within herself, everything changes.
She stops settling.
She stops chasing.
She stops abandoning herself for love.
She trusts herself.
She honours her needs.
And she creates relationships from wholeness rather than fear.
Welcome to Blossom Inner Safety.
You are not broken.
You are healing.
